TERMS OF USE e-reserve.eu Provider Details The e-reserve.eu platform is operated by the sole proprietorship MEMET OGLO HOUSSEIN HASSAN, VAT number 146151580, Tax Office of Alexandroupolis, GEMI 130750121000, with registered office at 10 Malgaron, 68132 Alexandroupolis. Contact details: info@e-reserve.eu.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use The use of the e-reserve.eu platform implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description e-reserve.eu is an electronic booking platform that allows users to search for and book places, services and spaces in partner businesses (accommodations, taverns, boats, clubs, etc.). e-reserve.eu operates exclusively as a technical intermediary.

3. User Account The user is responsible for the confidentiality of his/her passwords. The creation of false accounts is prohibited.

4. Reservations Each reservation is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective business. e-reserve.eu is not responsible for changes or cancellations on the part of the business.

5. Payments Payments through the e-reserve.eu platform are made through third-party electronic payment providers, such as Stripe and PayPal. e-reserve.eu does not store or process users' credit or debit card details. All transactions are processed through the security systems of the respective payment providers and are subject to their terms of use. e-reserve.eu operates as a technological intermediary platform and may retain a commission on each successful transaction or reservation.

5A. Returns, Cancellations & Chargebacks In the event of refunds, cancellations or chargebacks, the responsibility for the provision of the service lies solely with the partner company. e-reserve.eu reserves the right to withhold amounts related to commissions or transaction costs, as well as to pass on any chargeback fees to the respective service provider.

6. Cancellation Policy The cancellation policy is defined by each business individually and is listed on its page. According to article 3a par. 2 of law 2251/1994 (Directive 2011/83/EU), reservations for accommodation, transport, catering and leisure services that concern a specific date or period of execution are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The respective cancellation policy of the business applies.

7. Responsibilities, Limitations & Disclaimer 7.1. General Disclaimer: The Partner Company bears sole responsibility for the provision of the service, quality, safety of the space/equipment and compliance with the law. e-reserve.eu bears no civil or criminal liability for damages, injuries or dissatisfaction. 7.2. Accommodations (Airbnb/Hotels): e-reserve.eu is not responsible for the condition, cleanliness, accuracy of photos/descriptions or the owner's dissatisfaction with the appearance of their listing on the platform.

7.2b Unavailability of Accommodation In the event of damage, injury or any other reason why the reserved room or accommodation is not available, the owner of the collaborating business is obliged to arrange the customer's stay in a similar or superior accommodation, without additional charge.

7.3. Entertainment Centers/Clubs (Door Policy): Reservation does not guarantee entry to the store. The right to select customers (door policy) belongs exclusively to the management of the business. e-reserve.eu is not responsible for any refusal of entry and the commission is not refunded in this case.

7.4. Indemnity Clause: The User (company) agrees to indemnify e-reserve.eu for any claim, damage or expense arising from third-party complaints regarding the company's services provided.

7.5 Accuracy of Entries Each collaborating business is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and updating of the information it posts on the platform, including, but not limited to, prices, photos, descriptions, services, operating licenses, availability and other information. The photos posted in the listings allow or depict the telephone numbers of the shops (stores), if provided for, however the business must ensure their accuracy. (Note: The clarification regarding the photos with the phones has been incorporated here as you requested). e-reserve.eu does not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by businesses.

7.6 Licenses and Legality of Services Each company declares and guarantees that it has all the required licenses, approvals and certifications required by applicable law for the provision of its services. e-reserve.eu is not responsible for any illegal or unlicensed activity of a collaborating company.

7.7 Transportation and VIP Transfers e-reserve.eu operates exclusively as an intermediary platform between customers and transport providers. The responsibility for:

  • the execution of the transfer,

  • passenger safety,

  • insurance coverage,

  • compliance with the legislation,

  • the required transport permits, belongs exclusively to the transport provider.

7.8 Marine Activities and Boats For reservations involving boats, day cruises, yacht charters, jet skis or other marine activities, the responsibility for safety, equipment, suitability of the boat, weather conditions and compliance with legislation lies solely with the service provider.

7.9 Technical Platform Availability e-reserve.eu makes reasonable efforts to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the platform, but does not guarantee that the service will be available without interruptions or technical errors.

7.10 Limitation of Liability The total liability of e-reserve.eu for any claim related to the use of the platform may not exceed the amount of the commission received by e-reserve.eu for the specific reservation.

7.11 Force Majeure e-reserve.eu is not responsible for the inability to perform services or reservations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather events, strikes, war events, government measures or technical outages of third-party providers.

7.12 Deleting and Deactivating Accounts e-reserve.eu reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts of users or businesses that violate these terms or the law.

7.13 Applicable Law These Terms of Use are governed by Greek Law. The courts of Greece are competent to resolve any dispute.

7.14 Character of the Platform e-reserve.eu operates exclusively as an electronic mediation and booking platform between users and collaborating businesses. e-reserve.eu is not the owner, administrator, provider or organizer of the services offered through the platform and is not responsible for the execution, quality, security or legality of the services provided.

7.15 Obligations of Partner Businesses Each collaborating company declares and guarantees that:

  • It has all the necessary operating licenses.

  • It has the required insurance coverage where required by law.

  • It is obliged to fully, correctly and in real time update the system regarding its hours, Status (open/closed) and availability, bearing sole responsibility in the event that it appears available while it is closed.

  • It fully complies with current Greek and European legislation.

  • It provides accurate and updated information about its services.

  • It is solely responsible for the services provided.

7.16 Evaluation Policy Users can post reviews and comments about their experiences. e-reserve.eu reserves the right to remove or edit content that:

  • Contains insults or offensive language.

  • It is false or misleading.

  • It violates the law.

  • Contains personal data of third parties.

  • It is of an advertising or malicious nature.

7.17 User Content By posting photos, comments, ratings or other content on the platform, the user declares that he/she has the necessary rights to use such content. The user grants e-reserve.eu a non-exclusive right to display and publish the content solely for the purposes of operating and promoting the platform.

7.18 Intellectual Property All content of the e-reserve.eu platform, including logos, trademarks, texts, designs, software, databases and graphics, is protected by applicable copyright law. Copying, reproduction, distribution or exploitation without prior written permission is prohibited.

7.19 Fraud and Chargeback Prevention e-reserve.eu reserves the right to monitor transactions for security and fraud prevention purposes. In cases of suspicious transactions, platform abuse or unjustified chargebacks, e-reserve.eu may:

  • Temporarily suspend accounts.

  • Request additional identification information.

  • Cancel reservations.

  • Permanently discontinue cooperation with users or businesses.

7.20 Tourist and Marine Activities For activities such as:

  • Jet Ski

  • Water Sports

  • Diving

  • Parasailing

  • Flyboard

  • Boat trips

  • Yacht Charter the responsibility for safety, training, equipment, insurance coverage and compliance with legislation lies solely with the service provider. e-reserve.eu is not responsible for accidents, injuries or damages arising from participation in activities.

7.21 Synchronization with Third-Party Platforms e-reserve.eu may provide calendar and availability synchronization capabilities with third-party platforms, such as, but not limited to, Airbnb, Booking.com, Google Calendar and other services. e-reserve.eu is not responsible for:

  • Synchronization delays.

  • Availability update failed.

  • Double bookings.

  • Errors or outages of third-party services. The responsibility for monitoring the proper functioning of synchronization remains with the business.

7.22 Age Restrictions The use of the platform is only permitted to persons who have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in accordance with applicable law. For services subject to age restrictions, the responsibility for age verification lies solely with the business providing the service.

7.23 Ranking Results and Promoted Entries The order in which businesses appear may be influenced by factors such as:

  • Location.

  • Availability.

  • Evaluations.

  • Profile completeness.

  • Popularity.

  • Featured listing (or promotion). Featured listings may appear higher in search results.

7.24 No-Show and Non-Appearance In the event that the customer does not show up at the scheduled time of the reservation, the cancellation policy of the respective business will apply. e-reserve.eu is not responsible for any charges, losses or penalties imposed by the business due to the customer's no-show.

7.25 Business Tax Obligations Each cooperating company is solely responsible for issuing legal tax documents, as well as for complying with all its tax obligations in accordance with applicable legislation. The company is obliged to correctly transmit its tax data to the AADE and to the myDATA system, where required. e-reserve.eu has no responsibility for tax violations, fines or omissions of the cooperating companies.

7.26 Advertising Views The platform may display paid advertising listings (banners) of third parties, which are clearly marked as "Advertisement". The advertiser is solely responsible for the content, accuracy, legality and destination (link) of his advertisement. e-reserve.eu does not guarantee or bear responsibility for the products, services or offers of third-party advertisers.

7.27 Payments to Partner Businesses (Payouts) Revenues are returned to partner businesses after deducting the platform commission, on a weekly basis. Every Friday, reservations whose payment has been cleared are returned, provided that the purchase was made before Wednesday of the same week; otherwise, they are returned the following week (clearance of 2 business days). Payment is made either automatically via Stripe (for those who have linked an account), or via a bank account (IBAN) or PayPal, according to the information declared by the business. For beneficiaries outside of Greece, payments are made exclusively via PayPal or Stripe (not IBAN). The business is notified of each clearing and can monitor its payments from the dashboard. By connecting a Stripe account with one click, the business receives its money immediately, directly to its account, without having to wait for the weekly clearing.

8. Data Protection Policy (GDPR) We collect data (name, email, phone) exclusively for the purpose of completing the reservation. The data is only shared with the provider company and payment providers. We retain the reservation data for 5 years (tax obligation).

9. Modification of Terms e-reserve.eu reserves the right to modify the terms. Changes will take effect 7 days after announcement.
