2. Data We Collect
We collect the following data when using the platform and the E-reserve.eu Android application:
- Account details: Name, email, phone.
- Booking details: Date, time, place, number of people.
- Location: Accurate or approximate location, only if you provide it, to show nearby businesses and to call a taxi. You can disable it at any time from your mobile settings and write down the address manually. It is not shared with third parties.
- Payment details: They are processed exclusively by Alpha Bank (through Nexi) and PayPal. Card details are not stored on our servers.
- Technical data: IP, browser type, technical functionality cookies, and, only with your consent, analytics (Google Analytics) and marketing (Google Ads, Meta) cookies.
3. Purpose of Processing
The data is used exclusively for:
- Provision of reservation services.
- Displaying nearby businesses and taxi call service.
- Sending confirmations and reminders.
- Improving the platform.
- Compliance with legal obligations.
4. Data Sharing
Your data not for sale to third parties. Only:
- To the business for which the reservation was made (name, telephone number).
- To payment providers (Alpha Bank / Nexi, PayPal) for processing transactions.
5. Subject Rights (GDPR)
You have the right:
- Access: Receive a copy of your data.
- Correction: Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete: Request deletion of your account.
- Portability: Get your data in a structured format.
- Opposition: Object to processing for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention
Reservation data is kept for 5 years (tax obligation). Inactive account data is deleted after 3 years of inactivity.
7. Account and Data Deletion
To delete your account on E-reserve.eu (website and Android app):
- Send an email to info@e-reserve.eu from your account email, with the subject «Delete account».
- You will receive a confirmation and the account will be deleted within 30 days.
Deleted: name, email, phone number, favorites and location data.
They are preserved: only the booking/invoice data for 5 years, due to a tax obligation.
You can also request the deletion of only certain data, without deleting your account, in the same way.
